Retention Intelligence connects to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and others) via OAuth 2.0 to access customer records including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects. We use this data solely to provide churn analysis, retention insights, and reporting within the Retention Intelligence platform.
Your CRM data is used exclusively to power Retention Intelligence features: health scoring, churn prediction, cohort analysis, risk assessment, and executive reports. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering the Retention Intelligence service to you.
CRM data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation or request, all customer data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure, Amazon Bedrock for AI analysis, and Amazon Athena for data querying. No CRM data is shared with any other third party.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.
We maintain SOC 2-aligned security practices including encrypted storage, role-based access controls, audit logging, and automated security scanning of all code changes.
